Touax has set up a CSR Committee within its Supervisory Board to implement a strong CSR strategy, an integral part of our business, which consists of:
- Contributing to concrete actions for a more sustainable world
- Creating competitive advantages and increasing our ability to develop and retain our customers
- Increasing the motivation and commitment of the Group's employees
- Increasing our access to capital (bank financing, equity and management investors)
- Improving the Group's reputation and our relations with all stakeholders (public authorities, suppliers, customers, etc.)
In 2023, the Group signed up to the United Nations Global Compact as a sign of its commitment to society, and as such supports the Sustainable Development Goals.
Touax's CSR performance is assessed by independent third parties, enabling us to be part of a continuous improvement process.
For the second consecutive year, Touax was awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal in November 2024. With a +7-point increase, our 2024 score reached an impressive 79/100, showcasing a strong balance across the 4 key themes: Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
